Biometric Keys to Behavior

Papers are invited to the Fifth International Behavioral and Medical Biometrics Society conference on August 5-7, 2011 to be held at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A number of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees at a Special Rate of $88 USD per night. Be sure and specify that you are a conferee when reserving a room. The theme for this year's conference is Understanding Individual Behavior and Social Formation Through Biometrics. This looks to be our largest conference yet with attendance up to 150 including leading researchers from around the world.

Papers are invited to be submitted by May 2, 2011 to be considered for presentation at the conference. Presentations should conform to the instruction on the web site, www.ibmbs.com.

This field is invading the popular IT applications, such as offered by Apple's new touch pad. While this will accelerate its rapid world wide acceptance by the general population, the efforts need serious professional guidance and understanding that can be offered through our critical work.

Registration fees (not included in the room reservation fees) are: Normal ticket - USD $250 (3 days), USD $200 (2 days), USD $100(1 day). Students and seniors (over 62) are USD $100 for the entire conference. Registration fees will be waived for those whose papers are accepted. Early special group rates may be considered. $25.00 may be deducted from the normal ticket if paid by June 1st, 2011.

Virtual Conference Attendance is now available! This week IBMBS is signing a contract with Expos2, Inc., to bring you the August, 2011 5th International Behavioral and Medical Biometrics Society Conference not only live in Kuala Lumpur, but elsewhere throughout the world via the Web. There will be continuous 24 hour presentations through the three days of the conference on August 5, 6 and 7. If you missed one live presentation you will be able to see it at another time during the three day conference. You will be able to visit the speakers in chat rooms. You will be able to view sponsor's products and works in their own booths. They can man these booths with live representatives when they want throughout the conference. All this you can do from you home or office if you can't come to Kuala Lumpur.

Virtual Presentations expands the opportunities not only to attend but to participate. Participation is open to all in the fields of behavioral and medical biometrics, such as dermatoglyphics, forensic sciences, facial recognition, voice analysis, and iridology to mention a few examples. Those who would like to participate, in sponsorship or with presentations and papers must act fast. We need to know by the end of June, including abstracts of papers and where you will be to arrange for your participation. We encourage prepared presentations, videos and power point, in our hands well before the conference to reduce the problems involved in international communications.

Virtual Booths will be available to participants for free on a first come, first serve basis. So confirm your participation and reserve your booth early. Get international publicity for your work, books or products. Booths will also be available on-site for live representation if preferred, for $250.00 USD. Sponsorship banners will be available to sponsors with products and/or services.
