Jon's Pizza Recipe |

Materials: |

| 1 (9"x12") | Pizza Crust - Pillsbury roll (or make your own) |
| 1 | Baking pan (glass pyrex 9"x12" or 12" round) or pizza stone |
| 1 oz | Untoasted Sesame Seeds - get in bulk from a health food store |
| 2-3 Tbs. | Olive Oil - get the best you can find, such as Colavita |
| 8 oz. | Tomato or Spaghetti sauce (such as Mama Rizzo's or Classico) |
| or: Pesto (basil sauce) | |
| 2 oz | Shredded parmesan cheese (optional) |
| 4-6 oz | Shredded Colby-Jack cheese |
| 4-6 oz | Shredded Mozzarella and/or cheddar |
| 4-6 oz | Crumbled feta cheese |
| Herbs and Spices | |
| Veggie Toppings (use any or all): | |
| 1 | Tomato, vine-ripened, sliced into little chunks |
| 1 oz | Olives, Green or black-with-pit, sliced |
| 4-6 leaves | Spinach, sliced into small strips |
| 1 slice diced | Onion (Sweet Vidalia, Hawaiian, Red, or other) |
| 4-5 cloves | Garlic, chopped into little chunks |
| 1/4-1/2 | Bell pepper (green, yellow, or red) cut into pieces |
| 1/2 | Carrot, shredded or thinly sliced |
| 1-2 stalks | Celery, cut into small pieces |
| 1 stalk | Broccoli, cut into small pieces and lightly steamed |
| 4-5 stalks | Asparagus, 1" bias cut pieces, lightly steamed |
| 1/2 or 1/4 | Avocado, sliced into little chunks |
| 2 to 8 | Mild pepperoncini, sliced into rings |
| 1/2 | Serrano green chili pepper, chopped into small pieces |
