Dark Brown Iris Stroma
Dark brown stroma, Hispanic child (specimen Z). Compared to previous cases, the cytoplasmic volume has increased. Though generally large, granule diameter varies markedly. A few slender elliptical granules are noted (TEM, X 2400).
